Anket, USF\u2019lerin y\u00f6neticilerine kurullarda erkeklerle kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi ile ilgili \u00f6nlemler, planlar veya politikalar uygulay\u0131p uygulamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sormakla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n medyadaki g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve federasyonun b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015fleyi\u015fine uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan konulardan di\u011feridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anket, USF\u2019ler taraf\u0131ndan benimsenen toplumsal cinsiyet politikalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bir dizi soru ve Covid-19 pandemisinin cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri hakk\u0131nda son bir sorudan olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Verilerin betimleyici analizi, USF&#8217;lerin y\u00f6neticileri aras\u0131nda toplumsal cinsiyet konular\u0131na ili\u015fkin fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
