Projenin temel amac\u0131, Erasmus + spor faaliyetleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde t\u00fcm spor federasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n veya derneklerinin y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131na kad\u0131nlar\u0131n eri\u015fimini iyile\u015ftirmektir. Ula\u015f\u0131lan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n, spor organizasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kurumsal y\u00f6neti\u015fimin karar verme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde toplumsal cinsiyet dengesini geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik olas\u0131 \u00f6nlemleri tespit etmeye katk\u0131da bulunmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Bu proje cam tavan\u0131 ya da cam u\u00e7urumu a\u015fm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerin deneyimlerinden yola \u00e7\u0131karak, mesleki geli\u015fim ba\u011flam\u0131nda di\u011fer kad\u0131nlara yol g\u00f6stermeyi hedeflemektedir. Son on y\u0131lda bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini hayata ge\u00e7irmek ve daha e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, adil ve demokratik bir topluma do\u011fru y\u00f6nelmek i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 giri\u015fimlerde bulunmu\u015ftur. Buna ek olarak, b\u00fcy\u00fck kurulu\u015flar, \u00f6zellikle borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6ren \u015firketler i\u00e7in iyi kurumsal y\u00f6netime ili\u015fkin tavsiyelerle birlikte, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da iyi y\u00f6neti\u015fim kurallar\u0131 yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca spor alan\u0131nda iyi y\u00f6neti\u015fim konusunda Avrupal\u0131 uzmanlardan olu\u015fan bir grup, bunun h\u00fck\u00fcmetler ve payda\u015flar i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikli olmaya devam etti\u011fini belirtse de konuyla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar azd\u0131r ve mevcut ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, karar alman\u0131n t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na i\u015faret etmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131nda temsilinin daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6nerilecek toplumsal cinsiyet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesine ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n spor organizasyonlar\u0131n liderlik pozisyonlar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in hem AB hem de \u00fcye devletler d\u00fczeyinde mevcut politikalar\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine olanak sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
