title=\"GESPORT+ project seeks to strengthen equality between men and women in decision- making spaces in sports organizations such as the board of directors.\"><strong>O projecto GESPORT +<\/strong> procura refor\u00e7ar a igualdade entre homens e mulheres nos espa\u00e7os de tomada de decis\u00e3o em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es desportivas, como o conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><span title=\"The primary objective of the project is to improve women\u2019s accessibility to the governing board of sports federations or associations of all sports under Erasmus + sports actions.\">O principal objectivo do projecto \u00e9 melhorar a acessibilidade das mulheres ao conselho directivo das federa\u00e7\u00f5es desportivas ou associa\u00e7\u00f5es de todos os desportos no \u00e2mbito de ac\u00e7\u00f5es desportivas Erasmus +. <\/span><span title=\"Its results are expected to contribute to detecting possible measures to promote gender balance in corporate governance decision-making in sports organizations.\">Espera-se que seus resultados contribuam para detectar poss\u00edveis medidas para promover o equil\u00edbrio de g\u00eanero na tomada de decis\u00f5es de governan\u00e7a corporativa em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es esportivas. <\/span><span title=\"By taking into account the experiences of female directors who have overcome the glass ceiling, or the glass cliff, this project aims to empower other women in their career advancement.\">Ao levar em conta as experi\u00eancias de diretores do sexo feminino que superaram o teto de vidro, ou o penhasco de vidro, este projeto visa capacitar outras mulheres em seu avan\u00e7o na carreira. <\/span><span title=\"In the last decade, many countries have adopted different initiatives to enact gender equality and advance towards a more egalitarian, just and democratic society.\">Na \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, muitos pa\u00edses adotaram diferentes iniciativas para promulgar a igualdade de g\u00eanero e avan\u00e7ar rumo a uma sociedade mais igualit\u00e1ria, justa e democr\u00e1tica. <\/span><span title=\"Also, numerous codes of good governance have been published in many countries around the world with recommendations on good corporate governance for large organizations, especially for listed companies.\">Al\u00e9m disso, numerosos c\u00f3digos de boa governan\u00e7a foram publicados em muitos pa\u00edses ao redor do mundo com recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es sobre boa governan\u00e7a corporativa para grandes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente para empresas listadas. <\/span><span title=\"However, in the field of sport, although the European expert group in good governance notes that it remains a priority for governments and stakeholders, studies are scarce, and the existing research shows the low participation of understanding of the representation of women on the boards of directors in European sporting organizations could identify what gender policies can be proposed and existing ones improved, both by the conselhos de administra\u00e7\u00e3o das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es desportivas europeias poderia identificar quais as pol\u00edticas de g\u00e9nero que podem ser propostas e as existentes melhoradas,
