project seeks to strengthen equality between men and women in decision- making spaces in sports organizations such as the board of directors.\"><strong>Il progetto GESPORT +<\/strong> mira a rafforzare l\u2019uguaglianza tra uomini e donne negli spazi decisionali delle organizzazioni sportive come il consiglio di amministrazione. <\/span><span title=\"The primary objective of the project is to improve women\u2019s accessibility to the governing board of sports federations or associations of all sports under Erasmus + sports actions.\">L\u2019obiettivo principale del progetto \u00e8 migliorare l\u2019accessibilit\u00e0 delle donne al consiglio di amministrazione delle federazioni sportive o delle associazioni di tutti gli sport nell\u2019ambito delle azioni sportive Erasmus +. <\/span><span title=\"Its results are expected to contribute to detecting possible measures to promote gender balance in corporate governance decision-making in sports organizations.\">Si prevede che i suoi risultati contribuiranno a individuare possibili misure per promuovere l\u2019equilibrio di genere nel processo decisionale della corporate governance nelle organizzazioni sportive. <\/span><span title=\"By taking into account the experiences of female directors who have overcome the glass ceiling, or the glass cliff, this project aims to empower other women in their career advancement.\">Prendendo in considerazione le esperienze di registe che hanno superato il soffitto di vetro, o la scogliera di vetro, questo progetto mira a rafforzare le altre donne nel loro avanzamento di carriera. <\/span><span title=\"In the last decade, many countries have adopted different initiatives to enact gender equality and advance towards a more egalitarian, just and democratic society.\">Nell\u2019ultimo decennio, molti paesi hanno adottato diverse iniziative per promuovere l\u2019uguaglianza di genere e avanzare verso una societ\u00e0 pi\u00f9 egualitaria, giusta e democratica. <\/span><span title=\"Also, numerous codes of good governance have been published in many countries around the world with recommendations on good corporate governance for large organizations, especially for listed companies.\">Inoltre, numerosi codici di buona governance sono stati pubblicati in molti paesi in tutto il mondo con raccomandazioni su una buona governance aziendale per le grandi organizzazioni, in particolare per le societ\u00e0 quotate. <\/span><span title=\"However, in the field of sport, although the European expert group in good governance notes that it remains a priority for governments and stakeholders, studies are scarce, and the existing research shows the low participation of women in all spheres of decision-making.\">Tuttavia, nel campo
