Esta iniciativa, financiada por el programa Erasmus\u00a0+ de la UE, cuenta con un presupuesto de 320.511 euros.<\/p>\n

Teruel <\/a>lidera un proyecto internacional que persigue aumentar y reforzar la presencia y el liderazgo de las mujeres en la direcci\u00f3n de organizaciones deportivas<\/strong>, para lo que dispone de un presupuesto de 320.511 euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Con financiaci\u00f3n del programa Erasmus+ de la UE,<\/strong> la iniciativa tiene como punto de partida el escaso n\u00famero de mujeres al frente de entidades en el mundo del deporte.<\/p>\n

Participan cinco universidades de otros tantos pa\u00edses europeos<\/strong>, coordinadas desde el campus de Teruel por la profesora de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas de la Universidad de Zaragoza <\/a>Luisa Esteban.<\/p>\n

Explica que uno de los problemas con los que arranca el programa es la escueta bibliograf\u00eda sobre este asunto, <\/strong>apenas estudios puntuales tanto en el plano nacional como en el internacional.<\/p>\n

El estudio cobra mayor relevancia por esa raz\u00f3n. Bajo el nombre, ‘El Gobierno corporativo en las organizaciones deportivas: un enfoque de g\u00e9nero (Gesport)’, e<\/strong>l proyecto busca fortalecer la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres en los espacios de toma de decisiones de las organizaciones deportivas.<\/p>\n

Se espera que sus resultados contribuyan a detectar posibles medidas para promover el equilibrio de g\u00e9nero <\/strong>y mejorar el gobierno corporativo en este tipo de entidades.<\/p>\n

El grupo cuenta con representantes de la Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Teramo (Italia), Universidade do Minho (Portugal), Sakarya Univeritesi (Turqu\u00eda) y University of Leicester (Reino Unido).<\/p>\n

La profesora cree que una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de la representaci\u00f3n femenina en la direcci\u00f3n de organizaciones deportivas europeas podr\u00eda identificar qu\u00e9 pol\u00edticas de g\u00e9nero pueden proponerse y cu\u00e1les mejorar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hacer visibles las experiencias de las mujeres, sus roles en los \u00f3rganos de decisi\u00f3n, las pr\u00e1cticas de gobierno corporativo y los problemas y limitaciones con los que se enfrentan en su vida profesional diaria, puede ayudar a otras mujeres a manejar mejor sus carreras profesionales en los contextos donde se genera el proceso de toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n

Por ello, el proyecto contempla la puesta en marcha de una p\u00e1gina web, un libro, encuestas y entrevistas<\/strong> a mujeres para que cuenten su experiencia, adem\u00e1s de un encuentro cient\u00edfico final en Teruel en 2020.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, los organizadores del proyecto quieren que se involucren estudiantes, para lo que se crear\u00e1n cuatro becas, tres de ellas para estudiantes de Bellas Artes y la restante para un estudiante del \u00e1mbito de las Ciencias Sociales.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, apunta Esteban, habr\u00e1 un concurso internacional para la elaboraci\u00f3n del logotipo<\/strong> del proyecto “como una manera tambi\u00e9n de sensibilizaci\u00f3n”. Posteriormente, se elaborar\u00e1 un cat\u00e1logo con los logos seccionados y una exposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
